ERP System

Finance, inventory, mobile and cloud modules on a common process and data model.

01An integrated suite, one data model

The ERP practice covers end-to-end business processes — finance, HR, distribution, manufacturing, service and the supply chain — on a common process and data model. The point of the common model is that a purchase order, a goods receipt, an invoice and a payment are four views of one transaction rather than four systems reconciling overnight.

02What we deliver

  • Selection — requirements, vendor evaluation and licensing, before anything is bought
  • Business change management — process design, and the organisational work that decides whether the system is used
  • Customisation and integration — extensions and interfaces to the systems that are staying
  • Implementation — configuration, migration, testing and cutover
  • Training and documentation — for administrators, IT staff and end users
  • Strategic planning — a roadmap for the modules that come after go-live

03Modules

Financial, inventory, mobile and cloud modules are the common starting set. Distribution, manufacturing, service and supply-chain modules extend the same model when the operation needs them.

04The life cycle, managed

We simplify the ERP experience by managing the entire life cycle — strategic planning, software licensing, implementation and ongoing support — rather than handing off between a reseller, an integrator and a support desk. That is a deliberate commercial choice: it is the only structure in which one party can be held to the phase plan.

A scoped finance rollout typically runs three to nine months, depending on module count, data quality and how many locations are involved.
