01What Edqio covers

Edqio is a complete campus platform rather than a module bolted onto a finance system. One record for a student carries through admission, enrolment, timetable, attendance, assessment and fees, so the registrar's roll and the bursar's ledger are reading the same row.

02Where it fits

Edqio suits institutions that want a platform of their own — its own site, its own onboarding path and its own support team — without taking on a wider enterprise ERP first. It runs standalone, and integrates with an existing finance or HR system where one is already in place.

03How an implementation runs

1. Discovery — we characterise what exists today: the data model, the integrations and the workarounds staff have built around them.
2. Configuration — academic structure, fee heads, roles and approval chains are set up against your calendar, not a template.
3. Migration — student, staff and financial history is mapped, cleaned and loaded, with a reconciliation report you sign off before cutover.
4. Training — instructor-led sessions for administrators, IT staff and department heads, with written documentation.
5. Go-live and support — a phased cutover, then the same team on support.

04What you own at handover

The configured platform, the migrated data, the documentation and a trained team. Training is part of every implementation precisely so the system does not depend on us being in the room.
